Dropped your phone in a lake? Do this now.

We bring smartphones, GoPros and cameras out of lakes, rivers and harbours with the underwater drone, often with photos that can still be saved. The first minutes and an exact spot are what count.

  • Up to 100 m deep
  • 4K camera with strong light

What affects the search

Stay calm and do not stir the bottom. Stirred-up silt hides your view.

Record the spot: a photo with the GPS position, or save the location in a maps app. Note two reference points on the shore that line up.

Then request a search as soon as possible. Note the wind, waves, current and roughly how deep the water is.

How the search works

  1. Send a request

Tell us what fell into the water and where. Photos of the spot help narrow the search.

  2. We search

We come to the water with the underwater drone and search the bottom systematically. A live 4K picture and 5000 lm of light show us what is down there even in murky water.

  3. Recovery & handover

Found it? We bring it up and hand it to you on the shore, with a video of the find.

The bottom is searched systematically

The drone (FIFISH V-EVO) dives to 100 m, films in 4K and lights up with 5000 lm. Nobody has to get in the water.

Price on request

What does it cost?

Prices are on request because every search is different: the type of job, the location and the area decide, above all the travel. You tell us what happened and get a fair quote before we set off. We do private searches on a voluntary basis; ideally a contribution for fuel and parking and a voluntary finder’s fee are welcome. There is no guarantee of success: water, visibility and the bottom all play a part.

Frequently asked questions

Can the photos still be saved?

We cannot say beforehand. Often the photos are still on the device, but how it looks after contact with water only shows at recovery and in data recovery afterwards.

How deep can the drone search?

Down to 100 m. A phone that fell from a jetty or boat usually lies in the shallow shore area.

What does the search cost?

That depends on the job. We often do private searches voluntarily and are glad of a contribution for fuel and parking and a voluntary finder’s reward. You get a quote before we set off.

What happened? Write to us.

The sooner we search, the better: current and silt move things over time.
